The Post
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a NQT or an experienced teacher to join our outstanding Academy. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher who wants to share the passion for their subject with students. The successful applicant will be a creative and dynamic practitioner in either French and/or Spanish, who will be able to contribute to the planning of our curriculum at KS3, KS4 and Post-16. The appointed candidate will be well supported by an excellent induction programme. 

The Academy
We are an outstanding Academy (OFSTED 2010) and have excellent facilities for teaching and learning.  We have the highest standards of behaviour and expectations. We are the most improved school in the country between 2007-2011 and our value added is in the top 1% of all schools.  Our programmes for professionally developing staff are first class.  We are a happy and thriving community, being heavily oversubscribed with over 1350 students.  75% of students at the Academy passed five GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English and maths.
