Training New Teachers
Since 2014, we have trained hundreds of new primary and secondary teachers – both graduates and people changing careers in order to teach.
Our trainee teachers spend a day a week with us in Core Training which blends subject and pedagogical theory with practical strategies. Their other four days are spent at their placement academy where they get to hone their craft in the classroom supported by, and teaching alongside, experienced practitioners.
