Really proud of Yr10 who have been studying forces & stresses. They've built geodesic domes using cocktail sticks & jelly sweets, then constructed their own shapes to show how triangles are used in design due to their strength, which hold the weight of several bricks! https://t.co/A8061DumDQ

This is very exciting (for me, at least). I've assembled a book following the adventures of Harris Westminster over the last few years and Crown House are going to publish it. I like the way it looks (& give open permission to have it judged by its cover) https://t.co/luoORNckD4

Harris Primary Academy Peckham Park

Harris Primary Academy Peckham Park opened in September 2011 in the heart of Peckham. Children can start our Academy in the nursery when they are 3 years old and they leave after Year Six, when they are 11. Our Academy is an exciting place to learn and our pupils work hard and behave well. Our specialism is Literacy and Communication and we believe that learning to read, write and communicate effectively is extremely important. In 2011 97% of our children achieved a L4 in English at the end of Year 6. 100% of children made two national curriculum levels of progress in English.

The nursery is a bright and inspirational setting that has been recently developed across two floors. Facilities include a dedicated sensory room and a superb all-weather garden for children to play in. Located within the heart of the community, we provide a wonderful social and learning experience for children aged 3-4.

The Nursery offers 15 and 30 hour government funded places during term time.
